Key Responsibilities:
·Maximizes sales of products and increases market share of these 

products.


-Achieves sales targets in the designated territory while meeting all Company’s HCC requirements.
-Maintains accurate coverage of designated territory and ensure full compliance with CRM reporting requirements, in line with Company policy guidelines.
-Conducts customer segmentation in line with the Company’s guidelines to ensure target customers are approached with the optimal tools and frequency and provided with best-in-class customer service.
-Maintains the customer database up to date to ensure full understanding of customer needs to be able to timely fulfil them.
 ·Maintains excellent on-going knowledge of disease areas, product and competitors.
-Keeps up-to-date with the latest products information and clinical data provided by the company.

    Medical Representatives- planet pharmacies llc 

    The Medical Representative is responsible for maximizing the sales of products through the different sales & promotion
      activities within a certain geographic territory.

    • Visiting physicians to help them manage their patient’s disease using Planet products.


    • Distribute knowledge using guidelines through product samples, marketing literature, clinical trials related to his products to help physicians and other healthcare professionals take the best decisions.


    • Follow-up with HCP (KOL, physicians, pharmacists, or any other party having impact on the business), to gather feedback and questions regarding experience with Pfizer products.


    • Enlisting Planet products in the formulary of institutions


    • Providing feedback to sales management on customer requests, responses to promotions and product access. Also update on changes in the health care system or hospital structure.


    • Involved in the pre preparation of the marketing campaign through giving a feedback to the marketing team on what’s the real market, customers’ needs.


    • Follow up of stock, consumption and ordering process especially in government sector and institutions

    Medical Representatives- Consumer HealthCare-  (Cairo, Tanta, Mansoura, Sohag)

    Preferred qualifications:

    -Effective understanding and use of Call Reporting System.

    -Good communication skills.

    Details:

    -Deliver GSK strategies in the defined territory and offer the appropriate solution being a Trusted Advisor to HCPs.

    - Deliver the qualitative Objectives as per GSK agreed standards. (E.g. KPIs, Knowledge, in filed competencies…).

    - Skilful implementation of patient focused detailing through excellence in product and disease knowledge and the use of the approved promotional materials.

    - Drive scientific discussion through conducting group doctor meetings.

    - Timely completion of territory and call planning, as well as tracking the implementation.

    - Market intelligence and timely feedback.

    - Annual certification with full alignment to all related SOPs, policies and local regulations.

    - Achieve GSK standards in disease and product knowledge as well as efficiency and effectiveness KPIs.

    - Meet GSK standards during In-house application (Role Play Assessment).

    - Care about GSK assets and optimize the company resources.

    - Meet the defined skills standards measured by the In-field coaching.

    - Ensure all activities are executed in line with related SOPs, policies and local regulations.

    - Ensure Customer Satisfaction in the defined territory
