Responsibilities
Mastering the disease / product and competitive expertise.
Mastering Lilly Selling techniques to provide HCP with the right solution to assist the patient, this will lead to building sustainable partnership and engagement with HCP.
Build and communicate monthly sales and achieve brand objectives through creating proper demand to achieve sales target.
Responsible for identifying top risks and opportunities for the territory using Lilly territory and market analysis tools through building and Developing a-Day Action Plan using a target list of customers and related customer profile/sales data .
Develop, Implement, evaluate, and adjust proper actions to ensure sales goals are met by providing best-in-class product and company image for HCPs with adherence to compliance roles and Lilly values.

    Key Responsibilities:

    ·         Maximizes sales of products and increases market share of these products.

    -        Achieves sales targets in the designated territory while meeting all Company’s HCC requirements.

    -        Maintains accurate coverage of designated territory and ensure full compliance with CRM reporting requirements, in line with Company policy guidelines.

    -        Conducts customer segmentation in line with the Company’s guidelines to ensure target customers are approached with the optimal tools and frequency and provided with best-in-class customer service.

    -        Maintains the customer database up to date to ensure full understanding of customer needs to be able to timely fulfil them.

    Galderma is currently seeking a Medical Representative for its Kuwait office to be based in Kuwait and reporting to Sales Manager- Kuwait & Bahrain.


    Core Mission:


    To promote product portfolio to dermatologists and designated medical professionals in assigned territory in order to achieve or exceed sales objectives defined by management.Delivering the company strategy with key stakeholders and pharmacies through active implementation of Sales and marketing programs.


    Scope:


    • Planning and visiting doctors as per target visits per tier.
    • Ensure to engage & increase loyalty of KOLs to Galderma.
    • Building & maintain company image as the leader in dermatology in the respective working areas and territoriesEnsure items availability in all target accounts especially the key accounts.
    • Implement company marketing plan that may include;
    o Making detailing and presentations to health professional’s staff to ensure de-livery of company marketing messages and success of campaigns.
    o Organising meetings and AV actions for doctors / pharmacists as planned by the company.
    • Keeping up to date with the latest data & product knowledge supplied by the company, and interpreting, presenting and discussing this data with health pro-fessionals during visits or presentations.
    • Best allocation for company resources (time, marketing expenses, samples) in li-aison with Line Manager.
    • Reviewing sales performance and develop & implement needed action plans with manager.
    • Submitting activity and results reports, such as daily reports, weekly plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
    • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, techniques, etc.
    • Handling customer (Doctor or pharmacist) complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; making recommendations to management.
    • Collect any pharmacovigilance reports and report them to HQ.
