صعوبات التعلم وعلاجها

صعوبات التعلم مشكلة يواجهها بعض الأطفال تعبر عن أسباب الصعوبة في إنجاز بعض الأنشطة الدماغية مثل القراءة والكتابة والحساب والكلام بسبب اختلاف البنية الدماغية للطفل وتنقسم صعوبات التعلم إلى  صعوبات نمائية وصعوبات أكاديمية.

الصعوبات النمائية أي صعوبات تتعلق بنمو القدرات العقلية مثل التفكير أو التركيز أو الانتباه أو الإدراك والتي بدورها تؤدي إلى صعوبات أكاديمية مثل صعوبة القراءة والكتابة والحساب.

وإليك أمثلة لبعض هذه الصعوبات مثل:

صعوبة الأداء

هي صعوبة في الأداء الحركي مثل صعوبة مسك القلم والتي يترتب عليها الكثير من المشاكل أو صعوبة ربط الحذاء أو ركوب  الدراجة.

صعوبة القراءة

وهي صعوبة قراءة الكلمات أو ترجمتها وبالتالي يجد الطفل صعوبة في التعبير والكتابة ويترتب عليها صعوبات اجتماعية مثل  القدرة على اكتساب أصدقاء. 

صعوبات الكتابة

يجد الطفل صعوبة في الكتابة ونقل أفكاره على الورق فمن الممكن أن يكون غير منتبه للسطور أو شكل الحروف أو حدود الصفحة والمسافات وغالباً يعاني من سوء الخط.

صعوبات الحساب

مثل صعوبة تمييز الأرقام، والعد، وإجراء العمليات الحسابية، وتمييز الأشكال الهندسية، وكتابة الأعداد وفهم الرموز.

صعوبة التفكير النمائية

تتصف بالعجز في الأداء الفكري العام مثل التفكير والتخطيط والتعلم الأكاديمي، قد يتعلمون الزحف والمشي بشكل أبطأ من غيرهم ويجدون غالباً صعوبة في التكيف حتى مع مهام الحياة اليومية، ونقص التمييز بين المسموح والمرفوض إذ يجدون صعوبة في تمييز السلوك المناسب في موقف معين.

صعوبات التعلم النمائية للذاكرة

قد يعانون من صعوبات الذكرة فقط أو يصاحبها مشاكل أخرى مثل فرط الحركة ونقص الانتباه وصعوبات الأداء والقراءة.

والذاكرة المقصودة هنا هى القدرة على الاحتفاظ بالمعلومات لفترة قصيرة للقيام بشئ معها مثل صعوبة نقل المعلومات من لوح التعلم أو تذكر الإجابات في الأمتحانات، وصعوبة أداء الواجبات الدراسية.

علامات الإصابة بصعوبات التعلم

• بطء تطور المهارات الحركية مثل مسك القلم، وركوب الدراجة.
• صعوبة التذكر والانتباه والتنسيق.
• التشتت بسهولة والإرهاق المستمر.
• صعوبة التفاعل مع الأصدقاء.
• عكس الحروف.
• صعوبة تعلم الوقت والمصطلحات المرتبطة بالوقت.
• عدم القدرة على إنجاز المهام  في وقت محدد.
• صعوبة تعلم الأرقام، والحروف والأشكال والألوان والاتجاهات.
• تقديم إجابات غير مناسبة في المدرسة أو المواقف الاجتماعية.

مضاعفات صعوبات التعلم

• صعوبة في اكتساب المفردات وبالتالي صعوبة في تعبير الطفل عن ما يريد.
• صعوبات في توضيح الكلام.
• صعوبة في إتباع التعليمات.
• صعوبة في المهارات الحركية الدقيقة مثل الرسم والقص.
• صعوبة في الأداء الدراسي.
• القلق والتوتر بسبب التعرض للتنمر من المحيطين. 

دور الوالدين في معالجة صعوبات التعلم

• مراقبة تطور المهارات النمائية للطفل مثل المشي والكلام للسرعة في تطورها وبالتالي نتائج أفضل.
• البحث لمعرفة أسباب صعوبات التعلم وتمييز مشكلة الطفل.
• الاهتمام بالحالة الصحية للطفل للمساعدة في تنمية المهارات مثل ممارسة التمارين الرياضية وتناول الأكل الصحي.
• تنمية الثقة بالنفس للطفل والبعد عن نقضه وإيذاؤه.
• وضع برنامج تعليمي خاص للطفل بالتعاون مع المدرسة والطبيب النفسي بما يتناسب مع الصعوبات لديه.

معالجة صعوبات التعلم

• نظام التعليم الخاص المجاني في المدارس الحكومية. 
• تدريس استراتيجيات الفهم لمساعدة الأطفال استنباط المعنى مما يقرؤه.
• مساعدة الطفل لتقليل صعوبات الكتابة عن طريق استخدام الكمبيوتر في الكتابة لتقليل الضغط، وتجنب كتابة الطفل عند إجهاده وتقليل الكم، وإجراء بعض الامتحانات الشفهية لقياس المستوى المعرفي الحقيقي للطفل.
• استخدام تطبيقات الهواتف وأجهزة الكمبيوتر لتعليم بعض العمليات الحسابية بطريقة مرحة وبسيطة.
• استخدام منبه الوقت لضبط فترة زمنية لإنجاز المهمة.
• استخدام الوسائل التعليمية وأسلوب التكرار لتطوير اللغة.
• العمل في مجموعات صغيرة وتوجية إرشادات فردية لكل طفل لتعزيز التواصل وزيادة الانتباه.
• تنمية المهارات النمائية

تنمية المهارات النمائية

أي إتقان الطفل للمهارات التي يمر بها مثل المشي والجلوس والزحف في فترات محددة وهي تتضمن خمسة مجالات:

التنمية الاجتماعية والعاطفية

هي تنمية قدرة الطفل على التفاعل مع الآخرين وتطور التفاعل مع تقدم العمر بالشكل المناسب.

تنمية المهارات الحركية الدقيقة

تتضمن تنمية قدرة الطفل على استخدام العضلات الصغيرة مثل الأصابع لإنجاز الكثير من المهام التي تزداد دقتها بزيادة العمر.

تنمية المهارات الحركية الإجمالية

هي القدرة على استخدام العضلات الكبيرة مثل القدرة على الجلوس أو القفز وهكذا

تنمية الكلام واللغة

هي القدرة عن التعبير وإخراج الحروف وتكوين الجمل بشكل صحيح وتطورها مع زيادة العمر.

تنمية التطور المعرفي

القدرة على التطور وحل المشكلات والتعلم.

Medical Representatives- planet pharmacies llc 

The Medical Representative is responsible for maximizing the sales of products through the different sales & promotion
  activities within a certain geographic territory.

• Visiting physicians to help them manage their patient’s disease using Planet products.


• Distribute knowledge using guidelines through product samples, marketing literature, clinical trials related to his products to help physicians and other healthcare professionals take the best decisions.

-Deliver GSK strategies in the defined territory and offer the appropriate solution being a Trusted Advisor to HCPs.
